With HKC Pittsburgh just 5 days away and my future RKC down the road in , my own personal training is becoming more and more intense. Now, to give yinz an idea of where I currently stand conditioning wise, take a look at my workout from last Friday. My totals: 26 circuits completed in 35 minutes for a total of 20kg swings, pushups and 52 pullups. Please note, I am not giving these totals to brag but rather to make a point. I have reached this level of conditioning after nearly 2 years of training, but now the trick is to get MORE conditioned for the future.
